quoted include up to the maximum of 12 people (excluding infants in
cots for which there is a small charge for cot hire if requested).

Note: arrival dates are Saturdays (as
well as Sundays, Mondays etc). Maid service prior to arrival and after
departure - extra maid service i.e. mid week clean on request. Arrival
time is 4.30pm. Departure time from property is 10am. Deposit required
on booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit
payable locally on arrival.
